Will we receive a confirmation email after signing up to a session?

If you have signed up to our sessions you should receive an email by the end of the day confirming you have signed up. If you do not receive an email by midnight then you may have entered your email address incorrectly so please sign up again! Also make sure you check your "Junk" folders as a few of our emails have been going in there.

When should we receive the zoom link for the session?

We aim to send out the zoom link the weekend before the session.

When should we have received our certificates by?

You should receive your certificate of attendance 1-2 weeks after the session.

When do we put in our details to receive a certificate?

At the end of the session we will send the post-session MCQs on the chat box during the zoom call so please don’t sign off the call before this! Having completed the post session MCQs it will lead you to the link to the feedback form. Once submitted it will lead you to the certificate form.

How many participants can attend each session?

We are a non profit organisation thus the capacity can vary from session to session depending on the funding we receive. Therefore it is best to attend the session early before we allow people onto the call to be sure to get your space!

Will you be able to share the recording of the session?

Unfortunately the recordings for the session are for the purpose to improve future sessions. At the moment we do not intend to share the recording of our sessions.
