The Mentorship Scheme for Students

Given the success of our teaching programme in our first year of he society back in 2020, the ANTS team decided to run a mentorship programme to support individuals to produce and deliver future teaching programmes

The Mentorship Scheme for Students (MSS)

This programme is currently running and aims to mentor participants who are a part of the mentorship scheme to develop as a clinical tutor, and apply the skills and tools taught, to produce and deliver our teaching programmes.

The mentorship programme was built to provide further opportunities for those interested in teaching. We offer them the skills and knowledge so that they can pursuit their passion for teaching by running the teaching programme and also take these skills further into their career.

As part of our mentorship programme, we deliver interactive lectures to provide individuals with the skills and tools to further their understanding of medical education and producing teaching programmes for others.

The MSS will run for every new teaching programme designed by ANTS, so there will more opportunities in the future for new individuals who are interested to be a part of the committee to produce future programmes.
